30 minutes + 1 hour 30 rising
150 gr sugar
60 ml of seed oil
100 ml NOMILK ORIGINAL
50 g softened butter
1 cube of yeast
500 g flour 00
1 pinch of salt
75 g drops (or flakes) of dark chocolate
Beat the egg with the sugar, add the melted butter, olive oil and NoMILK almond milk Original. In another bowl pour the flour, crumble in the yeast, add salt and drill a hole in the center.
Pour the egg mixture into the hole, and begin to stir with a spoon, then knead with your hands.
If necessary add a little bit ofNoMILK almond milk Original .
Transfer the dough to the worktop, and, with a little bit of flour, work it for 10 minutes.
Pour the chopped chocolate on the worktop, press the dough on the chopped chocolate, and work them together as briefly as possible.
Divide into 18-20 rolls, put them on a plate lined with parchment paper, cover by a towel, and let them rest for about an hour and a half.
Bake in a ventilated oven at 180 ° C for 15 minutes. Dust with icing sugar and serve.
