Easy to do, it satisfies all tastes. Perfect as dessert after a dinner with friends, or in tea time.
30 minutes + cooling
500 ml NOMILK ORIGINAL
15 g of corn starch
1 tablespoon sugar or sweetener to taste
1 teaspoon of agar agar
1 vanilla bean bourbon
1 lemon zest
In a saucepan heat the NoMILK ORIGINAL almond milk and add the cornstarch, the sweetener and the split vanilla pod.
Turn with a whisk to prevent sticking.
When the milk is warm, add the lemon zest and continue to turn. Shortly before it is boiling, (it is becomes thick) add 1 teaspoon of agar agar, and turn carefully. Boil for 1 minute and then put it into small pudding cups and cool in the fridge.
Decorate with fruit, or small slice of chocolate. Perfect with a chocolate or vanilla topping.
